On th 9th of July, my dad, sis n I went to JB n straight to Muar on the same date. Being free n have nothing to do, I took the opportunity to come along with them. It's actually to attend Kak Del's wedding on the 10th in Pagoh. but i was looking forward to is of course, UNIVERSAL STUDIO!!

From JB to Muar, it took us about 2 1/2 hours to arrive by bus. I was fast asleep along the way.. kih kih (>.<) Since that was my first time to Muar, I have no idea about how it is going to look like.. Perhaps it would be something like Serian (a small town in sarawak)? I wonder.... I'll definitely be bored staying there for 4 days, I thought. But, I have made a totally WRONG judgment! DAME DESU. Muar is a very nice town n I was shocked to see Delifrance Bistro despite it is a small n back-dated town area. SUGOI NE! (^.^)

Besides, there is also a shopping mall that is bigger than the Spring. I can't recall its name, but it is big. We bought quite a lot of stuffs there such as:
1) Eye lash glue
2) the hair bun maker (rm12.. quite expensive)

4) polka dress (this one is really a great deal. rm39)
---> i was juz strolling around the mall n I caught an eye on this cute boutique (closet style) at the end of the mall.. throughout my survey, this boutique offers the lowest price in the mall. n certainly, the clothes sold were limited to one stock only! I've met the owner, known as Jacob D'vante n exchanged FB with him. He was friendly n got a great taste on fashion. Looking fashionably as well. After I have added him in FB, I was shocked to know that he is a model at par with Amber Chia :D SUGOI!!! No wonder he is so stylish.. So anyone who come to Muar, don't forget to drop by at his store.. It's Allien Paradise :D
After shopping, me n my sis has suddenly feel hungry... n we were craving for MEE BANDUNG :D with the help from one locals there (thanks akak).. we managed to seat n eat at the superb Pak Kadir's stall! n to be honest, the mee bandung was BEYOND expectation! So yummy that we wanted more!!!! then before heading back to the hotel, we bought tapau for my dad.. As he couldn't eat mee bandung, so we bought him chicken rice instead n some fist otak-otak. MABELES!

Our journey to Pagoh began... Wearing Baju kurung n headed to Kak Del's house in Pagoh which is about an hour from Muar. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Kak Del and family. The kenduri is very different from here. Y so? Coz in this kenduri, I've eaten lots of durians which is impossible to be done in any kenduri in Kuching.. VOALA! Kak Del looked simple but elegant, matched perfectly with his husband that is from YEMEN. Handsome, wo! (^.^) The kenduri was awesome.. got to eat lots of scrumptious foods! At 3pm, we headed to JB. In JB we were already exhausted so nothing much been done.. we juz had dinner n stayed in the hotel.

The day I was looking forward to has finally arrived! UNIVERSAL STUDIO!!!! Since it was weekday, therefore the entrance fee is only SGD66.. LUCKY thing for us, we kept our firefly boarding passes. so we got a SGD10 discount :P UNIVERSAL STUDIO was awesome..
I felt like being in Hollywood myself for a while :D We had lots of pictures taken with some of the characters. N on top of all, we had fun playing almost all of the games in the studio!! Fun things experienced:
1) Being in Shrek's 4D show
---> this is the best!! 4D show is definitely awesome coz u will be able to feel like being in the movie!! I got my lungs out screaming!!!!!
2) Steven Spielberg's studio
---> I felt like an actress being in the set.. In this studio, be prepared to experience the storm, strong winds, and heavy rain! Luckily I was in the 2nd row, so I didnt get wet like the rest of the 1st row :D
3) The Water world Live Show.
---> the scene in water world being performed LIVE in front of the audiences. This show is fascinating. the actress n actors were physically fit to do all the stunts! I am so impressed with their acting n stunt skills. With all the explosion n jet skiing is definitely IMPRESSIVE.
4) Rock Show at Monsters
---> I think our artist should learn the way they put up stage. The stage performance was enjoyably great! Wonder how can they sing n dance at the same time.

These are some of the attractions in UNIVERSAL STUDIO.. however, there are MORE!!!! especially the games. It worth every single SGD we've spent. Not to forget MEL'S DRIVE IN RESTAURANT where we had our lunch! It is Halal guaranteed n the burgers are tremendously DELICIOUS!
For me, this time trip was enjoyable n full of new experiences. Anytime after this, I would be happy to go to Johor again.
